Job Description

We are seeking an outstanding Domain Name System Customer Service Specialist in our Wilmington, DE office. This is an opportunity in the intriguing world of internet commerce where we provide our customers trademark search, domain portfolio management and brand monitoring services.  Customer Service Specialists work in a challenging fast-paced environment providing support to customers.  Responsibilities include handling customer support calls, extensive trouble-shooting, customer training and data analysis.

Responsibilities include:

  • Application of strong technical skills
  • Toggling between urgent requests seamlessly and quickly
  • Providing excellent customer service to both internal and external clients
  • Taking and fulfilling orders
  • Building and maintaining relationships with clients
  • Managing customer portfolios
  • Research and analysis of customer data
  • Communicating results to internal and external customers


Job Requirements

Qualifications Include:

  • Experience in technical trouble-shooting/support preferred
  • Proficiency in MS Excel
  • The ability to multitask
  • The ability to work independently and function as part of a team
  • Strong prioritization and time management skills
  • Problem solving skills
  • Attention to detail
  • Strong computer skills
  • Ability to communicate effectively verbally and via email
