NET seeks dedicated, caring and inspired staff members to join its diverse and family oriented team. |

Provide individual and family therapy in the home and community settings for youth placed in out of home care

Complete required clinical documentation including FBAs (if required), Integrated Summaries, progress notes, and behavior plans for each youth admitted

Provide referral assistance to ancillary services, if required

Work in a treatment team setting with multiple system providers

Develop individualized treatment plan for each assigned youth

Serve as lead contact for coordination of service delivery with other systems

Maintain documentation in record/chart of youth that meets Regulatory Standards

Submit all documentation pertaining to the billing of treatment services within required time frame

Attend all scheduled staff and supervision meetings

Participate in In-Service training, conferences, workshops, approved by Program Director

Provide weekly supervision to Professional Treatment Parent

Must have a valid license in good standing and clear criminal background/FBI and other checks as defined by agency policy
- Masters degree in human services related field (Counseling, Clinical Psychology, Marriage and Family Therapy) from an accredited university.
- Must have a valid clinical license (e.g. LPC, LCSW, LMFT) in state of Delaware
- Prefer two years of post Master's experience providing treatment services to children, adolescents and families
