We have FT/PT/PRN positions available for Physical and Occupational Therapists working for our branch in Decatur, Il.

• Bachelor's degree plus completion of an accredited therapy program, with current licensure in the state of Illinois
• At least one year therapy experience, home health experience preferred
• Excellent clinical assessment and communication skills
• Reliable, energetic, self-motivated and well-organized
• Must be able to travel locally in your own vehicle, and possess a valid driver's license and appropriate automobile insurance coverage
