ManTech is currently in need of a Security Policy Specialist for support of our government customer.
Responsibilities include: Administers and coordinates the customer’s industrial security program and other security activities in compliance with collateral and SCI security policies. Protects classified government information. Develops and implements security procedures in coordination with government agencies and management personnel. Conducts security briefings. Participates in the development of security education programs. Investigates losses and security violations and recommends corrective actions. Maintains liaison with outside agencies. Develops and implements procedures and coordinates procedure manual revisions. Position Requirements: 5 years SCI physical and Technical experience Understand the federal rules & regulations that encompass the SCI & collateral security process Experience with ICD 704, Executive Order 12958, 13292, and 12968 Security Requirements: U.S. Citizenship and an active DoD TS/SCI clearance based upon a SSBI completed within the last 5 years and a polygraph is required.
Requires Bachelor’s degree or equivalent and five to seven years of related experience. Ability to obtain a security clearance. Knowledge of DOD, DOE or other industrial security program and in-depth knowledge of the DOD, DOE or other government security
