POSITION SUMMARY: Currently, we have an excellent career opportunity for an Actuary with Combined Insurance, part of the ACE Group of Companies.

DESCRIPTION OF DUTIES:
• Assist in analyzing financial statements,
• assist in the preparation of quarterly financials (claim reserves and policy reserves for individual health products),
• producing quarterly analysis and projections.
• Work with auditors and consultants.
• Supervising a small team and manage various projects.

SPECIAL SKILLS REQUIRED: Excel, Access, Actuarial Mathematics, knowledge of reserving/modeling principals for individual long term health products (claim and policy reserve knowledge and experience). Axis and/or ResQ knowledge a plus. Strong knowledge of claim reserving techniques and analysis required.

MINIMUM EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED: Bachelor�s Degree, ASA or near ASA, 4-6 years of insurance financial reporting of individual health coverage (claims and policy reserves).
